As a Rafflesian, Mr Loh obtained his BSC from University of Auckland and completed his Diploma in Education from NIE /NTU. He also obtained Further Diploma in Education with Merit from NIE/NTU and has ARELS certificate spoken in English from Oxford University. He has amny years of experience as Head of Department of Science in MOE schools.
